About the commercialization of products

The following conditions apply to all products marketed on the Site.

Prices

Prices are published in U.S. dollars (USD) and are valid except for typographical errors. Prices include shipping.

Payment Methods

You can pay by international credit card through the “PayPal” platform in U.S. dollars (USD).

If you select the option “Payment at pick up” we will contact you to combine payment and delivery of the product (only applies to purchases made in Uruguay).

You can make the payment through the “Mercado Pago” platform with the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, Diners, OCA and Líder.

At the same time, you can select the collection networks option to pay in cash at Abitab and Redpagos stores throughout the country. (Only applies to purchases made in Uruguay).

Product

The offers presented are valid within the limit of available stock. We reserve the right to modify the product offer according to the difficulties that may arise. The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are indicative and do not commit Bernhaus in any way.

Shipping

Local shipments (Uruguay)

Within Montevideo, shipments will be made through the company Agencia Central (DAC) with previous coordination (24hs). For delivery, Bernhaus must be informed of a range of 6hrs in which the product can be received at the destination address. 

Deliveries to the interior of the country will also be made through Agencia Central (DAC) under the same conditions established in the previous point. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by such procedures.

International Shipments

International shipments will be made through FedEx. When you proceed to finalize the purchase you must enter the requested data (country, city, zip code, etc.). If you have doubts about whether we ship to a specific country, we recommend contacting us for advice.

The prices of the published products do not include import tariffs such as duties, taxes and other applicable values according to the country of destination. If necessary, the buyer will be responsible for legally importing the product to their country and cover the costs associated with the payment of taxes, customs duties, fees to the relevant tax and customs authorities to which the product to be imported may be subject. We are not responsible for delays caused by such procedures.

Return Policy

The purchase may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery in the conditions in which it was originally delivered, returning the corresponding amount in the same way made.

Warranty

All products have 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
